the location was also great, as it was near a shopping center and the public transportation made it easy to get around.
Another downside was the language barrier with some of the staff, as their level of English was quite limited.

Location is very good, it is just few km to my company Telefonica. It is very easy for me to have meeting there.
The WiFi tarrif could be more flexiable, because we stay in room only for few hours, if we can have more choose for WiFi usage, it will be more comfortable. the breakfast is bit too simple. mini bar can store more waters. that is it..

Staff were very helpful and friendly
On bank holiday and week ends the hotel restaurant was closed for dinner so you had to go out to eat, there was no option.

This hotel is conveniently located in a corporate office area, just a short walk from a shopping center - perfect for grabbing any necessities or enjoying some retail therapy. It's also in a business district outside the center of Madrid, providing a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. the spacious rooms and large bathrooms offer a comfortable stay, and the breakfast menu has a good variety to choose from. the hotel also offers a gym and swimming pool to enjoy.
The hotel lacks free internet access, which could be an inconvenience for some guests.

I've been at room 401 and I enjoyed the balcony. The room size is excellent

The room was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of amenities like a coffee maker and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering suggestions for local attractions.
The hotel could use some updates, as some of the furniture and fixtures were outdated. The fitness center was small and lacked some equipment.

Convenient location in the business park of La Moraleja, outside the busy center of Madrid. Easy access to transportation with a bus stop right opposite the hotel, offering a quick 15-minute ride to the city center. Clean and spacious suites with modern amenities, including a large LCD TV. Friendly and helpful staff, providing pleasant service throughout our stay.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
